Sushi Mushi: from sushi delivery to boutique restaurant
By Peter Vrábel · 30 May 2026 · 1 min read
Sushi Mushi has an interesting backstory in Bratislava — it started in 2011 purely as a delivery service and gradually grew into a boutique restaurant on Laurinská that's now one of the city's sought-after sushi addresses.
What to try
Fresh sashimi and nigiri form the core of the offering, but it's worth trying some of the less conventional pieces beyond the standard sushi set — reviewers consistently point to those as the best showcase of the kitchen's skill.
Atmosphere
A smaller, more polished space with attention to detail, matching the higher price bracket. This isn't quick lunchtime sushi, more a considered experience.
Good to know
Given the limited capacity and popularity, booking ahead is worth it, especially for evening slots.
