Roxor: the burger almost everyone in Bratislava will point you to
By Zuzana Kováčová · 15 July 2026 · 1 min read
Roxor was one of the first dedicated burger spots in Bratislava, and it's still the name that comes up first whenever someone asks where to get a proper burger in the city.
What to try
The beef comes from vetted eco-farms, the buns from a local bakery, and the fries are hand-cut and double-fried the way they should be. Alongside the classic cheeseburger, the menu includes a mushroom veggie option and a vegan patty, so it's not a dead end if you don't eat meat. Pair it with a beer from a small Slovak brewery instead of the standard lager.
Atmosphere
The Nové Mesto space is casual, with a wood-heavy interior and an open kitchen. Queues form regularly at lunch and dinner, especially on weekends.
Good to know
Reservations aren't always possible, so expect to wait during peak hours. Prices sit above standard fast food, but the ingredient quality backs it up.
